Cancellation & Returns
Kade Hair aims to ensure all customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.
1. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Scissors and razors.
- Clippers, trimmers, or shavers unless unused and in the same condition as received.
- Clipper, trimmer, and shaver blades, leads, and chargers (considered perishable items, not covered under warranty).
2. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including intact seals, shrink-wrap, and accessories.
- Items must be sent with a copy of your invoice.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
3. Return Process

Furniture and equipment items are often built to order or custom made, and additional terms apply:
- If cancelled after 5 working days of ordering, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.
- Custom furniture orders are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Delivery charges for furniture are quoted separately based on location.
- Any warranty claims are subject to inspection and testing.
6. Delivery & Liability
- Signing for goods means you accept the delivery in full and undamaged. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery.
