2. Pricing & VAT
- Prices on this website exclude VAT at 20%, which will be added at checkout.
- Promotional offers do not apply to bundles or already discounted products.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers.
3. Orders & Delivery
3.1 Placing an Order
- By purchasing from Kade Hair, you confirm that you understand the correct use of the products.
- Kade Hair is not responsible for any misuse or negligence resulting from improper use of a product.
3.2 Shipping & Delivery
- UK orders are shipped via FedEx, Royal Mail, APC or a courier of our choice.
- We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.
- Bank holidays are not considered working days.
- International orders may take 7-14 working days for delivery.
- Orders may be subject to shipping charges, calculated at checkout.
3.3 Missed Deliveries & Safe Spaces
- If you request delivery to a safe space or neighbour and the package is lost, Kade Hair will not be liable.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt a re-delivery.
- Requests to deliver to an alternative address after failed delivery attempts may incur additional charges.
3.4 Accepting Your Delivery
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
- Signing for the package confirms that it was received in full and undamaged.
- If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, you have the right to refuse delivery.
4. Returns & Refunds

- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Scissors and razors.
- Any item returned in an unacceptable condition.

- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving returned items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is faulty.
