Delivery Information


Standard Delivery

Orders are dispatched via DPD, APC, or Royal Mail, depending on the item and delivery location. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours, prioritising Next Day Delivery where selected. However, during peak periods such as Christmas, sales events, or promotional weeks, dispatch times may be extended. Please check individual product pages for the most accurate delivery estimates. 

Pre-ordered Items
If any items are on pre-order, we’ll keep you informed with regular updates before dispatch.

Priority Next Day Delivery

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day, with delivery following the day after dispatch.
  • If we are unable to fulfil Next Day Delivery, we will contact you with further information.
  • Next Day Delivery is not available for orders outside Great Britain Mainland or for furniture orders unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional charges may apply for furniture, machines, or orders over 2kg, particularly for locations such as the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, and Ireland.
  • We currently do not deliver outside the UK and Ireland.
  • If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at  info@kadehair.co.uk for delivery costs.

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • If you are not available to accept delivery, re-delivery may incur additional charges.
  • Items not in stock at the time of order may be removed from your total, and the rest of your order will be shipped unless a backorder has been confirmed.
  • Some exclusive items such as scissors and furniture may be shipped directly from the supplier, which may result in varying delivery timeframes.

Tracking & Missed Deliveries

  • If your order is dispatched via DPD/APC, you will receive an email or SMS with delivery tracking details.
  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, DPD/APC will leave instructions on how to reschedule your delivery.
  • You may also choose a ‘safe place’ or a neighbour for your package via DPD/APC’s notification system. Please note that we are not liable for loss or damage if left in a safe place.

Furniture Deliveries

  • Customised furniture orders may take 3-16 weeks for delivery.
  • Express Next Day and 7-Day Quick Ship options are available for selected products – see individual product descriptions for details.
  • Furniture is delivered kerbside between 9 AM - 6 PM. If additional handling is required, please contact us at the time of purchase (additional charges apply).
  • Delivery fees will be confirmed after order receipt for locations outside the UK Mainland, including:
    • Isle of Wight
    • Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey)
    • Isle of Man
    • Rural Scotland (including Highlands & Islands)
    • Ireland
